How do I return for an exchange or store credit?
Returning your items within 2 days is a breeze. To ensure eligibility for a refund, please keep in mind the following criteria:
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Footwear should be tried on indoors without any signs of wear.
- If the original packaging is damaged or unavailable, please use appropriate packaging materials when returning the items.
- Please be aware that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
As for return expenses, customers are responsible for the return shipment. It’s important to package items securely to prevent damage during transit, as any additional costs resulting from improper packaging will be your responsibility.
Please ensure that all these conditions are met to facilitate a smooth return process.
Refunds
A refund will be issued only in the event that we deliver a faulty item or an incorrect product. We strive to ensure the highest quality and accuracy in our deliveries. If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us promptly to initiate the refund process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

- Eligibility: Shoes eligible for exchange must be unworn, in their original packaging, and returned within 2 days of delivery.
- Defective or Incorrect Shoes: If you receive a defective pair of shoes or an incorrect style, please contact us immediately for a hassle-free exchange at no extra charge.
- Size Exchange: Need a different size? We’re here to help. Simply return the unworn shoes in their original condition and packaging, and we’ll gladly exchange them for the correct size, subject to availability.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned shoes, please allow 2 business days for processing the exchange.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for exchanges. If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the original purchase amount.

Shipping Returns
